Reddy Babu Adarapu is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager II at Google since November 2024, Reddy previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Cyral, where leadership of the core platform team facilitated the scaling of database support. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Equinix, where Reddy led a diverse engineering team, and Senior Manager of Cloud Engineering at Aruba, contributing to the Unified Cloud Platform development. Reddy's career also includes significant positions at Cisco, starting as a software engineer and advancing to Software Engineering Manager, where initiatives included SD-WAN infrastructure development and SaaS platform creation.
