Satish Kambala

Satish Kambala has over 18 years of experience at Google, currently serving as Director, leading a machine learning data team of approximately 100 people and overseeing the development of AI innovations at Alphabet. Previously, Satish held roles including Senior Staff Software Engineer, where leadership was provided for a team responsible for product infrastructure enabling user connections across Google products, and Staff Software Engineer, managing storage and indexing for commenting and sharing functionalities in critical services like YouTube. Earlier in the career, Satish focused on latency measurement infrastructure and contributed to the Google MapMaker project. Prior to Google, Satish worked at D E Shaw as a Member of Information Technology. Education was completed at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
