Zander Stroud

Zander Stroud is a data scientist with extensive experience in machine learning and data analysis. Currently serving at Google as a Data Scientist in Research since September 2024, Zander previously held multiple positions at Pando from January 2019 to September 2024, culminating in the role of Senior Data Scientist. Responsibilities included improving machine learning models, conducting research experiments, producing analytical reports for stakeholders, and optimizing sales outreach through lead scoring models. Zander also developed a model for projecting equity value in venture-backed startups, redesigned data pipelines, and supervised a team of data science interns. Earlier experience includes internships with Tampa Bay Rays, iD Tech Camps, and Gilead Sciences, alongside a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical and Computational Sciences from Stanford University.
