Rusty Reid

Rusty Reid is the current director at Goosehead Insurance. Rusty has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Rusty started their career in 1983 as a Principal Assistant at Ramey & King Insurance. In August 1984, they transitioned to American General Fire & Casualty Company where they served as Territorial Marketing Manager until December 1986. From there, Rusty went on to hold various positions of increasing responsibility including Regional Vice President and Senior Vice President before joining Goosehead Insurance in 2013 as Director.

Rusty Reid has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Insurance from the University of North Texas. Rusty also has a certification from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
