An extensive career history includes contributions to companies like Bloomin' Brands, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Anheuser-Busch, and United Technologies, where Mike established a strong foundation in talent management, labor relations, and employee engagement, supported by an MBA from the University of South Florida and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
