Gopher Resource
Nick DeNicola has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Nick served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Gopher Resource since 2012, where they were responsible for overseeing all HR activities and developing a performance-driven and collaborative culture. Prior to that, they worked as the VP of Human Resources North America at Carlson Wagonlit Travel from 2004 to 2012. Nick also held leadership positions at The Evenium Group, Damark International, The Pillsbury Company, Pepsi Bottling Group, and Avery Dennison, where they gained valuable experience in employee and labor relations, as well as overall HR management.
Nick DeNicola earned a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University, where they studied from 1982 to 1983.
