Thomas Lawrence is an experienced environmental professional with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Currently serving as Environmental Manager at Gopher Resource since July 2020, Thomas is responsible for ensuring environmental compliance across air, waste, and water media, while actively overseeing the facility's ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Previous roles include Senior Air Permit Engineer at Flint Hills Resources, where Thomas focused on Federal NSR-PSD and state permitting analysis, and Air Quality Specialist at Barr Engineering Co., providing air permitting evaluations for various industries. Thomas has demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, performance metrics, and stakeholder communication throughout a diverse career in environmental management.
