Andrew Efanov

Andrew Efanov serves as the Principal Antenna Engineer at GoPro since November 2017, leading the development of antenna technology for WiFi and GPS in new products. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Principal Antenna Design Engineer at Mimosa Networks, where design efforts focused on microwave antennas for high-speed wireless applications. Andrew’s extensive background at Motorola Solutions and Motorola Mobility includes leading antenna development for public safety devices and mobile applications, respectively, covering a wide range of communication standards. Earlier academic roles include research positions at the National University of Singapore, Johannes Kepler University, and Technische Universität Graz, where Andrew conducted pioneering work on various antenna solutions and RF front-end modules.
