Dan Matousek

Dan Matousek is an experienced executive in corporate and business development, currently serving as the Director of Corporate and Business Development at GoPro since August 2019, focusing on partnerships, alliances, licensing, new business initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior roles include Senior Corporate and Business Development Manager and Corporate and Business Development Manager at Ponte Partners, where involvement was focused on secondary venture capital investments in technology firms. Dan Matousek also contributed to international strategy at Procore Technologies, and gained venture capital experience as an MBA Associate at OCA Ventures. Earlier, Dan Matousek held senior roles at Spark Networks, overseeing regional operations across multiple countries, and gained initial industry experience as a trainee at Yle, the Finnish Broadcasting Company. Dan Matousek holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has pursued education at several institutions, including the University of Bremen and the University of Helsinki.
