Nicolas Chesné

Nicolas Chesné serves as a Senior Manager and Firmware team leader at GoPro since August 2018, overseeing the Imaging firmware team and coordinating cross-team dependencies. Previously, Nicolas held the roles of Firmware Manager and Senior Firmware Engineer at GoPro, contributing to the development of innovative camera solutions. Before GoPro, Nicolas was the Embedded Software Engineer Technical Lead at DxO, focusing on firmware for the DxO ONE product line, and served as an Embedded Software Engineer at DxO Labs. Earlier in their career, Nicolas worked at STMicroelectronics as a Senior Application Engineer and Field Application Engineer, providing technical support for set-top box chipsets. Nicolas holds a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Real-Time Systems from EPITA, acquired between 2001 and 2006.
