Currently serving as General Counsel at Gopuff, a leading instant commerce platform, Jonathan has also held key legal roles at Frontline Education, Kynetic, and GSI Commerce. Prior to their in-house roles, Jonathan gained experience as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP. Jonathan is also a Founding Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels to share knowledge and best practices. Jonathan holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA in American Studies from Goucher College.
