Brett Donaldson has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Brett started their career in 2012 as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Engineered Printing Solutions, where they used SolidWorks software to design components for printing machines. Brett also focused on custom fixtures and pad printing machine assemblies. In 2014, Brett joined Mettler-Toledo Hi-Speed as a Sales Applications Engineer, where they worked until 2018. In this role, they applied their technical knowledge to support sales efforts. Since 2018, they have been working at Gorbel Inc. as a Technical Customer Service Representative and Applications Engineer. Here, they provide customer support for large capacity cranes, configures system and component quotations, and renders AutoCAD layout drawings. Additionally, they have led order entry and quotation tool implementations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Brett Donaldson completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering & Management at Clarkson University from 2007 to 2011. Their field of study included Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Quality-based Project Management.
