Gincenta Rush-Brown has a wealth of experience in human resources and labor relations, holding various leadership positions in companies such as Bridging North America, Fluor Corporation, 3M, HR Integrated Solutions, Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Disability Rights New York, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Severstal NA, US Steel, and Harris Building Maintenance. Gincenta holds a Master's degree in Training and Development, Organizational Development from Oakland University along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development.
Bridging North America
Bridging North America is WDBA’s private-sector partner and is responsible to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Canadian and US Ports of Entry and the bridge, and to design, build and finance the Michigan Interchange under a public-private partnership agreement (P3). The state of Michigan will be responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Michigan Interchange. Bridging North America is comprised of ACS Infrastructure, Fluor and Aecon, which are firms with local experience and knowledge, world-class transportation expertise and a proven ability to deliver bridge, facility and highway infrastructure projects.
