Francisco Castro

Francisco Castro is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the VP of Engineering at GoShare since May 2015. In this role, Francisco participates in key business decisions, develops technical strategies aligned with business goals, and communicates technology visions to partners and investors. Francisco leads a remote team of 12 software engineers, manages the company's development roadmap, and actively contributes as a full stack developer. Prior to this position, Francisco held roles including Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineer at GoShare, with a focus on building software development culture and migrating legacy systems. Additional experience includes a Software Developer internship related to Natural Language Processing at the Group of Computer Networks and a strong educational background in Computer Science from the Federal University of Ceara and San Diego State University.
