Carly Yarnell

Carly Yarnell has a diverse work experience in software engineering and biology. In 2019, they worked as a Biology lab technician intern at the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden until February 2021. Starting in 2022, they transitioned into software engineering roles. Carly joined Solo LLC as a Software Engineer in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cedar (Open Source) as a Software Engineer from March 2022 to November 2022. Additionally, Carly had multiple roles in various open-source projects in 2022. Carly worked on "upNext," an app for organizing watchlists, from March to June 2022. Carly was also involved in developing "Bookworm," a community social app for book tracking and reviewing, from February to June 2022. Furthermore, they worked on "Observe," a nature observation journal app, from January to April 2022.

Carly Yarnell attended UC Santa Barbara from 2014 to 2019, where they pursued a degree in Environmental Studies. Their field of study focused on Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law.
