Natalie Maldonado Rubino is a professional with a wealth of experience in compliance and leasing within the real estate industry. Natalie currently holds the position of Senior Director of Compliance at Gotham Organization, where Natalie previously worked as a Director of Compliance. Prior to their role at Gotham, Natalie was the Director of Compliance at Atlantic Development Group LLC. Natalie has also held various roles at Related Management Co, including Director of Leasing, Housing Program Manager, Affordable Program Coordinator, Jr. Affordable Program Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Natalie obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from New York University.
