Avery Bray

Avery Bray serves as the FSQA Manager at Gotham Greens since January 2023, previously holding the position of Food Safety Supervisor. In addition to this role, Avery is the President Elect for the Maryland Chapter of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) and also acts as Secretary for the local sector board. Prior experience includes serving as FSQA Manager at Wholesome International from September 2021 to January 2023, where development and oversight of the SQF food safety and quality plan were key responsibilities, as well as performing audits. Avery has also been an FSQA Lead at Taylor Farms and worked in Quality Assurance Quality Control at LSG Sky Chefs. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Science/Culinology and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, both from The Culinary Institute of America.
