Arancha Shinta is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Business Partner for Goto Holding at GoTo Group since November 2021, Arancha leads a team that collaborates with senior leadership on budget planning and cost optimization for high-caliber investment projects. Previously, Arancha was a Senior Finance Controller at Philip Morris International, managing regional overhead and business expenses while overseeing financial performance for the Australia and New Zealand markets. Arancha's career at Unilever spanned multiple positions, including Commercial Finance Lead for the Skin Cleansing Category and Finance Lead for an Ice Cream startup, where skills in financial planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration were honed. Arancha holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada, earned in 2013.
