Dira Rahmawati

Dira Rahmawati has extensive experience in management and finance, currently serving as the Long Term Incentive Plan - Equity Program manager at GoTo Group since November 2021, overseeing employee equity transactions and ensuring data integrity. Prior to this role, Dira worked at PT. Surya Artha Nusantara Finance, handling service validation, contract management, and payment processing. Earlier experience includes serving as an assistant consultant at RSM Indonesia, focusing on compliance with IFRS, and a data processor at the University of Indonesia, developing business processes. Dira began a career in finance and human resources as an intern at RS Hermina Jatinegara. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Diploma in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration from the University of Indonesia.
