Pablo Malay

Pablo Malay is a distinguished legal and corporate professional with extensive experience in high-level positions. Currently, Pablo serves as Director and Group Chief Corporate Officer & Group General Counsel at GoTo Group, a role held since July 2018. In addition, Pablo is involved with the Milken Institute as a member of the Young Leaders Circle since August 2021. Prior to these roles, Pablo practiced as Special Counsel at Milbank LLP from May 2006 to July 2018, focusing on cross-border private equity, financing, and mergers & acquisitions transactions. Pablo began a legal career as an Associate in the Corporate Legal Group at Baker & McKenzie from 2004 to 2006. Educationally, Pablo holds an LLB in law from Bond University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
