Ridwan Fadil Arif

Ridwan Fadil Arif is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in social impact and sustainable development. Currently, Ridwan leads the Catalyst Changemakers Ecosystem at GoTo Impact Foundation, overseeing an annual incubator and accelerator program that has successfully incubated over 130 startups and non-profits, generating more than 45 contextual innovations. Prior to this role, Ridwan managed multiple initiatives at Greeneration Foundation, including the EcoRanger program, which focused on sustainable waste management in Indonesia, achieving a 100% adoption rate of sustainable practices. Ridwan has a strong background in grant management and project development, having secured funding from notable organizations such as the Coca-Cola Foundation USA and GIZ Germany. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Development Studies from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Socio Economics of Water Resources from Universitas Padjadjaran.
