Thomas K. Husted

An American citizen, born in 1969, Thomas was appointed as Vice President Director / Chief Operating Officer of GoTo in 2023, responsible for overseeing key GoTo Group functions and strategic direction.

Thomas was previously the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Gojek from 2017 to 2021, following Gojek’s acquisition of Kartuku. As CFO, he managed the company’s finance operations, pre-IPO preparations and played a critical role in the Gojek and Tokopedia combination.

Thomas has over 25 years of commercial experience, and was previously President Director and CFO of Kartuku. Prior to Kartuku, he was an Independent Commissioner at PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia and mining contractor PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA). His first CFO position was at PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk, a publicly listed company on the IDX.

Thomas started his career with Citigroup, working in the Corporate and Investment Banking division and held positions in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Saudi Arabia. After Citigroup, Thomas spent three years at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona and a Master’s Degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs in New York.

He has no family relationship with any members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors or Shareholders.
