Robert Chidester

Robert Chidester serves as the Chair of the Corporate Practice and Partner at Gould & Ratner LLP since July 2019, after experiencing roles as an Associate there. Prior to this, Robert Chidester worked as an Associate at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. Robert held the position of General Counsel at Kirkwood Capital Group LLC, which focuses on investments in energy and real estate sectors, from September 2013 to December 2017. Other professional roles include Consultant at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research, Law Clerk at Litman Law Offices, and Judicial Extern to Chief Judge Roxanne Bailin in the 20th Judicial District of Colorado. Robert began a career in research as a Research Associate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and as an Intern at Battelle Memorial Institute. Robert Chidester holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Whitman College and a Juris Doctor in Corporate Transactional Law & Intellectual Property from the University of Colorado.
