Inge Vandendaele has extensive experience in sales and marketing roles. Inge currently serves as the Global Commercial Director at Gourmand Pastries, where they are responsible for leading sales and marketing activities in the EU and US divisions. Prior to this, they held the position of Commercial Director Europe at Gourmand Pastries, where they successfully developed the European market and accelerated business growth.
Inge also has experience in the non-profit sector, working with European Women on Boards (EWOB). Inge served in various leadership positions, including Chief Commercial Officer at Frozen Food Manufacturing, where they oversaw daily operations and strategic decisions for all commercial activities.
Earlier in their career, Inge worked at Cargill as the Director of Sales & Marketing Europe, spearheading daily operations and managing a cross-functional team. Inge also held the position of Director of Sales at CSM Bakery Solutions, where they drove market share and managed strategic projects throughout Europe.
Before that, Inge worked at Nomad Foods as a Senior Customer Development Sales Manager, where they successfully orchestrated bottom-line factors and led negotiations on an international level. Inge also served as a Sales Manager at FrieslandCampina, where they managed key customers and led the sales organization.
Throughout their career, Inge has demonstrated a strong track record of driving business growth, developing market strategies, and building relationships with customers.
Inge Vandendaele has a background in political and social sciences from Ghent University. Inge also obtained a degree in Strategic Business to Business Marketing from Vlerick Business School and completed the Insead Strategy Program, Catalyst Leadership at INSEAD. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as a Bestuurdersopleiding / Board of Directors Certificate from Stella P., an MBA from the Institute for Business Development, and a Masterclass (Self) Leadership from Better Minds at Work.
