Meredith Sigmon is an experienced HRIS Manager at Salient CRGT since January 2011, where significant contributions include the implementation of multiple HR systems such as UltiPro and iCIMS, along with managing the integration of HR and recruiting systems post-merger. Prior roles include Senior HRIS Analyst at ManTech International Corporation, providing technical support for the Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing system and leading the Red Carpet Onboarding system implementation, and HRIS/HR Operations at SRA International, overseeing HR operations and data management during mergers and acquisitions. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University, attained in 1997.
