Neale Bird has over two decades of experience in business development and capture management. Neale currently serves as the VP Growth, Federal Civilian Agencies at Salient CRGT since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Business Development / Capture Manager at Citizant from November 2017 to February 2021. Neale has also held similar roles at various companies, including CyberData Technologies, Inc., Universal Consulting Services, Inc., Chenega Government Consulting, LLC, Avineon Inc., Pragmatics Inc., Communication Technologies, Inc., and Viaken Bioinformatics Systems. In these positions, they were responsible for shaping and securing contracts, strategic planning, building and maintaining pipelines of opportunities, and leading integrated teams for successful bidding and capture of federal contracts. Neale has proven success in generating new business revenues and has extensive experience in the federal government sector.
