Srinivasarao Pappala has over 20 years of work experience in the field of software engineering and technical operations. Srinivasarao currently holds the position of Director of Technical Operations at GovCIO and Salient CRGT. Prior to this, they worked as a Tech Lead & Subject Matter Expert at SAIC and as a Principal Software Engineer at Salientfed. Srinivasarao also held roles as a Programmer Analyst Lead at CSC, a Senior Systems Analyst at Quotient Inc, and a Consultant at The Hartford. Srinivasarao began their career as a Senior Software Programmer Analyst at iGate Mastech and a Software Engineer at Ace Technologies Inc. Srinivasarao holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Srinivasarao Pappala holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1995. Srinivasarao also has a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Andhra University, which they earned from 1993 to 1995. In addition, they obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2022.
