Previously, Jeff W. had an extensive career with the Regina Police Service from August 1995 to August 2024, where roles included Superintendent of the Community Services Division and various inspector and staff sergeant positions, focusing on major crimes, vulnerable persons, and professional standards. Additionally, Jeff W. conducted polygraphs and participated in integrated drug investigations with the RCMP. Educational achievements include attendance at the Police Executive Research Forum and the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police, alongside earning an Advanced Certificate in Police Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Human Justice from the University of Regina, as well as an Emergency Medical Technician Certificate from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
