Jill Miller

Jill Miller is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at GovPilot since January 2025. Previously, Jill held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at iCIMS, and led several talent acquisition initiatives as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Care Access. With a strong background in global talent acquisition, Jill has also worked at Medidata Solutions as a Senior Manager, constructing scalable hiring models focused on diversity and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes strategic roles at Avature, Novo Nordisk, and Easter Seals New Jersey, where Jill managed university relations and talent programs. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
