Guillaume Durand

Guillaume Durand currently serves as a Conducting Officer and Head of Compliance & Risk at GP Bullhound, starting in October 2023, and as an Independent Board Member for Issarts Private Equity Investments since May 2023. Previously, from July 2016 to June 2023, Guillaume held multiple senior positions at Indosuez Wealth Management, including Global Head of Governance & Compliance. Guillaume's extensive career also includes significant roles at Société Générale, where duties spanned M&A and corporate restructuring, and at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, focusing on M&A and equity capital markets. Legal education was completed at Université de Bordeaux with a Master's in Business Law and further qualifications were obtained at HEDAC, culminating in the Bar exam.
