Shay Moran

Shay Moran is an experienced finance and audit professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Group Internal Audit & Risk at GP Strategies Corporation, a position held since May 1997, overseeing global operations for the Learning Technologies Plc Group. Prior to this role, Shay was responsible for the £60m EMEA operations within the Learning Solutions group of GP Strategies Corporation. Shay's career began at MDS Consultants Ltd as an Accountant, followed by a role as Finance Director at Specialised Technical Services Limited. Shay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Education also includes attendance at St Columb's College Derry.
