Alex Pollock

Alex Pollock is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a diverse background in product development and design. Currently serving as a Senior NPD Mechanical Engineer at GPD Optoelectronics Corp. since May 2023, Alex previously held the position of Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at LexaGene from January 2020 to February 2023. Prior experience includes self-employment as a Mechanical Engineer, as well as roles at Boston Process Technologies Inc., Semigear, Inc., 908 Devices, and COSM Technology Development, where responsibilities ranged from mechanical engineering to mechanical design. Alex completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 2007 and 2011.
