Ernest MacIas

Ernest Macias is an accomplished entertainment editor currently serving dual roles at GQ Magazine and Architectural Digest since August 2023, overseeing celebrity and entertainment content. Prior to this, Macias worked at Interview Magazine as an Associate Editor and Editorial Assistant from November 2018 to August 2023, and previously held the position of International/Editorial Operations Assistant at InStyle. Additional experience includes managing editorial operations at Hello Mr. Inc. and contributing as an Editorial Intern at Entertainment Weekly and Austin Monthly Magazine. A seasoned producer for KOSA-TV, CBS7 NEWS, and having led the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association as President, Macias holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas State University, earned in December 2015.
