Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build a best-in-class TikTok Shop team and product.
- Develop the foundational strategy, as well as lead the tactical execution and management of GR0’s TikTok Shop marketing department.
- Manage the business development process of the TikTok Shop department to ensure rapid scale of revenue.
- Oversee the management and training of all members of the TikTok Shop team.
- Be an expert in the TikTok Shop marketing space and industry best practices in order to better explain and communicate that information to clients, specifically around GR0's implementation of these services.
- Plan, implement, and report on comprehensive TikTok Shop marketing strategies to meet and exceed client goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact throughout the customer journey through a combination of email, slack, and video calls, helping to address customer concerns, solve problems, and remove obstacles to customer success.
- Work cross-functionally with GRO teams on strategy, opportunities and optimizations.
- Forecast website traffic, sales and CAC based on campaigns and their associated budgets.
- Identify market trends and areas of opportunities for growth across TikTok Shop programs.
- Track program’s success and regularly analyze data and metrics to improve performance and enhance efficiency.
- Own all outcomes and prioritize efforts to focus on delivering optimal results within expected timeframes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 10% monthly GMV growth for each shop (unique client)
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2+ years of partnership/TikTok Shop program management experience (in-house, agency, or network).
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships based on trust and takes an active approach to recruitment.
- An understanding of customer lifetime value and how to optimize towards profits based on client margins.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
