Mariia Matiukh

Mariia Matiukh is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in data analysis and team leadership. Currently serving as a Data Analyst Team Lead at GR8 Tech since January 2023, Mariia has supported and maintained a range of Tableau reports while initiating a comprehensive redesign for improved functionality and aesthetics. As a Senior Data Analyst, contributions included designing a KPI dashboard for monitoring growth and creating Apache Airflow-based ETL/ELT pipelines. Prior experience includes a role at NDA, where complex reports and an alerting system were developed, and at Raiffeisen Bank, where Mariia implemented Retail Credit Risk ML models and led research on economic trends. Mariia holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in System Analysis and Control from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
