Michelle Lim

Michelle Lim is an experienced professional specializing in employee engagement, communications, and project management. Currently serving as the People Engagement & Communications Lead at Grab since March 2017, Michelle develops and executes initiatives that enhance employee development, wellness, and inclusion, while also localizing regional programs. Prior roles include Project Manager for Regional Grab Support, where key projects focused on customer experience improvements and social media quality guidelines. Previously, Michelle worked at honestbee as Regional Bee Development Manager, and at Changi Airport Group, where Michelle founded the Shopping Concierge Service. With a background in strategic planning at the Ministry of Manpower, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
