Grace - Accelerate Female Entrepreneurship
Christian Vonscheidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content design, UX writing, and creative strategy. Currently serving as a mentor for Grace, a program dedicated to empowering FLINTA* founders in Germany, Christian has held various prominent roles at Zalando since February 2018, including Head of Content Design and UX Writing Manager. Additionally, freelance work spans multiple high-profile companies such as VICE, BBC, and Publicis, where Christian operates as a content and design strategist, UX writer, and creative director. With previous positions as Director Creative Strategy at Handelsblatt Media Group and Executive Editorial Director at Fab.com, Christian has a strong background in shaping brand narratives and leading editorial teams. Christian holds dual Magister Artium degrees in Modern German Literature Studies and Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.

Grace stands for female entrepreneurship, empowerment and diversity. We empower women with start-up ambitions and support them in further developing and implementing their ideas. With programs like the Grace Berlin Accelerator for aspiring female founders and Grace Scale for female founders in the growth phase or through various events, we create spaces to further develop ideas, creativity and entrepreneurship and to bring the founder community together. Grace has set itself the goal of actively building and shaping the startup ecosystem for female founders.
