Kathleen (Katie) Armstrong is a plastic surgeon at Women's College Hospital since July 2013 and serves as an Innovation Fellow at the Women’s Institute for Health & Innovation Ventures (WIHV), where efforts focus on transforming postoperative follow-up care through mobile technology. Additionally, Armstrong has been a plastic surgeon at GraceMed since January 2020, specializing in cosmetic and gender-affirming surgeries. Previous positions include a Hand & Upper Extremity Fellowship at the University of Toronto (2020-2021), research assistant roles at University Health Network and The Ottawa Hospital, and international research with the UPenn-Botswana Partnership. Armstrong holds multiple degrees from the University of Toronto, including a Doctor of Medicine, a Master's Degree in Health Policy, and completed the Clinical Investigator Program, alongside an Honors Bachelor of Science from McMaster University.
