Nisanth Sebastian

Nisanth Sebastian is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in field operations, construction, and project revamp within the energy sector. Currently serving as Assistant Manager and Senior Engineer in Field Operations at Gradiant since March 2023, Nisanth has previously held positions such as Senior Engineer at Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Energy Solutions, contributing to FGC and CPP revamp projects, and Construction Engineer at L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, focusing on modular fabrication facility yards. Earlier roles include Mast Engineer at Reliance Jio Infocom, overseeing tower installations, and Construction Engineer at Reliance Industries, involved in gasification unit construction. Nisanth began a career as an Engineer at Cethar Limited, working on a 2X350MW power plant construction.
