Earlier career roles include serving as a Planner for the City of Cape Coral, Florida, from 1987 to 1989, and as a planner for the Village of Germantown in 1989. Doug Seymour earned a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Land Use Planning (Geography) from Carroll University.
