Tonya Taylor

Tonya Taylor has over three decades of experience in purchasing and supply chain management, currently serving as Purchasing Manager and Global Category Manager at GrafTech International since October 2008. In this role, Tonya oversees the purchasing department, manages service contracts, negotiates CAPEX contracts, and develops long-term supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with SOX regulations. Previous roles at GrafTech include Purchasing Specialist and Storehouse Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed sourcing materials, managing supplier databases, and training employees on procurement processes. Prior to GrafTech, Tonya worked at OSRAM in various production and storeroom roles, contributing to inventory management and production efficiency. Tonya holds certifications in Rapid Negotiations and Mastering Purchasing Fundamentals, as well as a Supervisory Skills Certification.
