Amy Thomas-Larsen is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in group exercise instruction and wellness program development. Currently serving as the Healthy Living Director at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, Amy also instructs group exercise classes including yoga and walk sessions for seniors at EXOS.
