Mark Wilhelm

Mark Wilhelm has extensive experience in both technology and community management within the broadcasting and gaming industries. Currently serving as Assistant Director of Technology and previously as Broadcast I.T. Engineer at Graham Media Group since 2015, Mark has significantly contributed to improving broadcast quality through various initiatives, including audio analysis and system integrations. Earlier roles include Broadcast Systems Engineer, Broadcast Operations Engineer, Community Manager for ArcheAge Online, and Senior Social Media Manager at ModSquad, Inc. Mark has also held positions at 5th Planet Games and Lithium Technologies, showcasing strong skills in community engagement and support.
