Johanna Carney

Johanna Carney serves as Assistant General Counsel for Employment at GRAIL since March 2023 and has been a Pro Bono Attorney for Kids in Need of Defense (KIND) since October 2022. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Zynga from May 2017 to October 2022, ultimately leading as Associate General Counsel, Head of Global Employment Law. Earlier positions include Corporate Counsel for Employment Law at Symantec, Attorney at Littler Mendelson, and various roles in legal internships and clerkships. Johanna Carney holds a JD from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a BA in Political Science from UC San Diego.
