Tom Olk

Tom Olk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and business operations. As the Head of Risk and Business Operations at GrailPay from January 2022 to June 2024, Tom led comprehensive risk assessments across financial, operational, strategic, and compliance areas. Prior roles include Head of Risk at Grover, overseeing Consumer and Business Credit and Fraud initiatives, and Head of Fraud & Identity for North America and Emerging Markets at Zip Co, where Tom played a key role in the platform's expansion.
