Stephanie Belton

Stephanie Belton is the current Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Grain. Stephanie was previously at SurfStitch Group Limited from September 2016 to November 2017, where they held the title of General Counsel and Company Secretary. Stephanie was invited to take up the role of General Counsel at Helloworld Travel Limited (formerly Jetset Travelworld Limited) in order to assist the company with legal and regulatory challenges, including an ASIC enquiry and the threat of a class action. Stephanie has also been responsible for corporate governance, compliance, and management of the Board function at Helloworld Travel Limited.

Stephanie Belton has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB from the University of Strathclyde.
