Amanda Obioha

Amanda Obioha is an experienced legal professional with a focus on property management and conveyancing. Currently serving as Freehold Portfolio Manager at Grainger PLC since May 2016, Amanda manages legal and residential queries for a portfolio of approximately 6,000 properties, handling freehold sales and lease extension claims. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Paralegal for the London Borough of Lambeth, managing multiple case files in residential and commercial conveyancing, and for Barnet Council, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating various legal agreements and overseeing property acquisitions for a regeneration project. Amanda holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School and a degree from Wayne State University.
