Leon Mason possesses extensive experience in residential services management, currently serving as the Resident Services Manager at Grainger PLC since April 2020, where responsibilities include customer service excellence and operational management. Previously, Leon held various managerial roles at institutions such as Victoria Hall, Richmond, The American International University in London, University of the Arts London, AMRO Property Management Limited, and Corporate Residential Management Limited, focusing on occupancy maximization, staff recruitment and training, financial management, and health and safety compliance.
