Lianne Wen

Lianne Wen is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in sourcing and talent acquisition across prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Technical Sourcing Lead for EPD Recruiting at Grammarly since July 2022, Lianne is responsible for leading recruitment efforts in Engineering, Product, and Design while building and scaling the sourcing function in North America. Prior to this role, Lianne excelled at Google from August 2018 to July 2022, holding the position of Recruiting Associate Lead for Engineering and achieving multiple records and awards for hiring performance and candidate experience. Lianne's career began at Tesla as the first sourcer hire on the East Coast for North America, and earlier experience includes a role as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Lianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Binghamton University and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Stony Brook University Graduate School.
