Carlo Tagliabue is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as a Quality Auditor and Responsabile Qualità at Granarolo S.p.A. since June 2004, Carlo has been involved in the development of innovative formulations for yogurt, desserts, ready meals, and natural products without additives. Prior to this role, Carlo worked at Yomo S.p.A. from 1995 to 2004 as a Ricercatore R&D, focusing on the development of formulations and production processes for yogurt, desserts, and fresh cheeses, including projects funded by the EU. Carlo holds a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze delle preparazioni alimentari from Università degli Studi di Milano.
